The customer service was outstanding. They knew exactly what to ask to see what I needed done for my home and recommended the right professionals to get the jobs done. They treated my home just like it was their own. Didnt have to watch every move they made to get the jobs done right. They were right on time which helped a lot and like I said the performance was outstanding compared to what I could of done. Hourly wage was fair for all they put into cleaning my house. Couldnt of asked for better professionals to clean my house. Special Thanks to Ms Carine for coordination.

The Maids were very professional and did a wonderful job. Everything was spotless. They were on time, did timely work, and completed everything that was discussed. I have no complaints and no doubts that the job was done right. It was top notch quality. I was extremely impressed. The price was not bad for the task at hand. It was definitely worth what I paid to have a clean home! You have to expect to pay a little bit to have a professional clean your house. Day two and the maid is 45 minutes late because Tad Beer didnt make sufficient provisions for drivers over Eid. Yesterday (day one) I had to pay for an Uber to take her home because the driver didnt show up at all. Pathetic organisation. So unprofessional.

They didnt provide medical insurance to our maid, and when she had medical problem she had to pay the medical bill herself. Mr Abdularahman operation manager for maid services had promised earlier to refund the amount to her. But now he refused to do refund of her medical expenses. Highly unfair , unjust & exploitative approch towards the maids working under Al Wahda Tadbeer branch. Beware of such fraudulent attitude.

Very good quality of service especially Mr. Ahmed Brika who knows how to handle clients and understands their requirements also their maid which I have is really good and quick in her work which is more important to me.Also quick and easy process of documents didnt take much time made me more happy.

The worst of all Tadbeer offices Ive tried in Abu Dhabi. No correct approach while handling their clients. Their marketing team needs lot of training to reach the level of knowing how to handle clients ( Especially Serha). They have coordination problem with their maids who decides to come late or leave early and their office is not aware of it to replace them. We took the 12 hours live-out contract but its never been 12hours.Very expensive rate for the quality of service they provide!!!! I dont mind paying more if the service quality equals the value we pay!I hope this reaches to the eyes of their top management so they become aware of the low-quality team they have (if they are not aware already)

I do not recommend unless you have no issues with replacing the maid weekly! I just canceled a two years contract for the stress of having different maids who will always refuse to work. This office takes the maids back and give them to other clients and the keep on rotating! they also do not give you much options to chose from not like other Tadbeer places.. very bad experience..

This is not a service, this is a bad joke!12 hours that we payed for has never been 12 hours. If the maid gets sick and doesn’t come nobody organises replacement, nobody answers to your calls, it is just a lost paid day. The maids never arrive on time, it is always half hour to hour later then agreed. Driver picking them up an hour earlier, constantly, even after you have complained for 100times. The Filipina lady, so-called-manager, has attitude worst then anyone there. Horrible, overpriced “service”.

Al wahda mall tadbeer is the most unprofessional staff .. once they get your money they don’t care about any kind of service or even picking up your calls... very impolite aggressive and disrespectful with clients ... they are not even ready to hear your concerns or pick up your callsDeserves zero stars and hope someone will look at the way they treat their clients and deal with themAll other tadbeer I dealt with were very professional and trustworthy

Very slow - after they send CVS and you choose one they don’t get back to you regarding availability or even if you request their number! I’m not sure what system they are counting on!

One of the worst places to find a maid/nanny!! They are unskillful, inappropriate and dangerous to work with young children! I wonder why there is no quality assurance control! Their license needs to be revoked by an authority body, as soon as possible. Save your time and money!!!

Staffs are not really professionals.no one answering the phone calls, no replies for watsapp messages after the payment. They only interested in money it seems so far. Peeps pls take care when deal with them.

I don’t know what to say, but I’m facing the worst service I have ever seen in my life at the center ... There is no control over the workers and no responsibility ... not to mention the high expenses ... I wasted two weeks of my annual leave due to their negligence ... God counted us

There is no credibility, false promises, and great delay to return the remaining amount of the monthly contract after the contract is terminated because there is no alternative and the workers refuse to work according to the agreement.

Unfortunately, the center was the basis of its existence to preserve the rights of the sponsor because of Maaninah years of servants offices, but vice versa went and interviewed 4 workers, all Ayabnhm not alone serious at work not to mention the day of the week of vacation, and what do working women who already need help, especially On vacation ... they work a day only 8 hours a day and Shaltenhm what if it was originally slow and concluded work say you and urge ..... and needed 24 hours in each mobile with her if in all Aldhayef forbidden to use mobile during the work Period of work, but I pay 2300 salary every month is commission commission I appeal to the Office of Sidi Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to put it in the worst government centers draining our rights and our money
